ISF Celebrates World Psoriasis Day 2024

Each year, the global community unites on World Psoriasis Day (29 October) to raise awareness and call for action in support of people living with psoriatic disease. World Psoriasis Day has been celebrated in October for more than a decade. Today, World Psoriasis Day is observed in over 70 countries.

This year’s World Psoriasis Day 2024 theme is ‘Family”. Everyone navigating the challenges of psoriatic disease deserves unwavering support. This includes recognising the challenges faced not only by the individual with psoriatic disease but also by their loved ones. 

Today, in the Irish Independent, Helen Callery who was diagnosed with the skin condition as a young child spoke to journalist Arlene Harris about how it has affected her life and confidence in many ways.
